You know those days...
...When you just want to cuddle up to one very specific person and kiss the night away with something alcoholic in your hand and warmth in your belly and Love on your lips..
You know those days...
...When your subconscious is creating unlikely scenarios and leading you to your dreams with smiles in your Heart and your soul left yearning for songs of Wild
You know those days...
...When nothing is changing and your eyes lazily look on the world like sloths do and your Soul is Still, silent, stagnant, staring, stolen and spooning with Time
You know those days...
...When She has left you waiting, hungry for Her fleeting glances and searching for Her rare touch and you are content with the awkward exchanges... for now
And you know those days will be fast and few in between the horrid sensibilities and truths that litter your working mind
And you know that you will wait in vain but still you cannot steal back your heart from that Temptress of the Leaves
And you know that no poison will break you, no stone shake you, no love take you were you to have Her in your arms
And knowing all this, you try anyway to live without Her smiling tears and Her hopeless ideals though She holds your very Existence
